Compute the emission lines of an optically thin plasma, brightest first.

Write the name of an ion the way a spectroscopist writes it.

stem(spectrum[, ax, num_label, latex, ...])

Draw a spectrum as a stem from zero for each line, and label the brightest of them with the ion which emitted them.
